2nd,I know using the rewards card is a joke. I would have a heart attack if my wife and I, seen our win-loss statement for the year. (Dowagiac) I have won many jackpots at Blue Chip, but have never won a jackpot at Four Winds. Now, you tell me what's wrong? I have been going since they opened. Some casinos in Las Vegas payout up to 96%. They give away too many cars, and that makes them okay with the state of Michigan because that is part of the 85% payout. Their overall payout, I would guess is 85%.
